With a remarkable background in both hospitality and senior living, Markus brings a wealth of experience, a heart for service, and a passion for people-centered leadership to our community.
Originally from Germany, Markus began his career with Lufthansa Airlines, where he gained a global perspective on customer service, operations, and cultural connection.
